It is recommended you are already familiar with the instrument.  A good introduction is the method book, No Mind Guitar: Contemplative Practice on Six Strings  (order here).   Learning some of the Patterns, and learning to read Tablature, is a good way to start.

If you want support in your songwriting and chantmaking, Michael offers reflection and feedback on lyrics, melody, rhythm, and chords, as well as creative alternative solutions on song structure.  Whether you are a first-time songwriter or a longtime writer, Michael’s creative imagination can serve to widen your musical perception.
