| Images are powerful concept conductors. Where words end, images begin. Choosing words and images which inspire as they make a connection between viewer and viewed- this is the art and the challenge. Logos give you a visual identity. I have been drawing since the age of five, sometimes to the consternation of my teachers...My computer graphic work began in 1985, and I work predominantly in Photoshop and Illustrator on a Mac. | What is the message you wish to convey? The Anacortes Arts & Crafts Festival (north of Seattle, gateway to the San Juan Islands and the Alaska Ferry) selected this image of a native canoe(left) through a regional contest held annually. It appeared on their poster, rack card advertisements, t-shirt and sweatshirts. I can create for you: brochures business cards stationery postcards, flyers & posters book covers illustration CD & cassette covers catalog design, etc.

Designing in one-color is a particular delight for me, and can often be the preferred alternative for projects on an 'entrepreneurial budget'. For many years I designed entirely in black & white, fine line drawings which I marketed as greeting cards, posters, and book illustrations.
This recent example (right) is the front cover to Rosie Hippo's catalog of toys and games. The creatures are taken from scanned photographs of the wooden toys manufactured by the catalog creators, which were then placed into an imaginary digital landscape.

If you decide to proceed further: (1) I would create a few digital sketches for an agreed upon nominal fee (2) If you like what you see, and request a finished (high resolution) rendering, there would be an additional agreed upon fee for the work, which would then be presented to you or your printer in whatever format you required. (3) If you want me to produce the finished printed material, there would be an additional step (and cost) of selecting and authorizing the materials (paper, ink, etc.) and printer estimate.
